Farm-In Integration for LimoAnywhere

Why It’s Hard—and How We Fixed It

If you’re a Ground Transportation company using LimoAnywhere, you already know the platform provides robust reservation and dispatch tools—but integrating with outside networks, like GNet, can feel like jumping through hoops.

Here’s the problem:

❌ What Goes Wrong: When “Connected” Doesn’t Mean Ready

At GNet, we already have a full integration with LimoAnywhere. On paper, you can send and receive reservations seamlessly between systems. But in practice? There is a catch.

To receive farm-in reservations (i.e., bookings from other GNet partners pushed into your LimoAnywhere system), you need to:

  • Add the sending affiliate partner manually as an account in LimoAnywhere.
  • Connect with the corresponding affiliate in GNet.
  • Make sure your LimoAnywhere has the proper settings.

It’s a technical dance that many operators give up on—especially if they’ve never walked through it step by step.

🧠 Why It’s Not Just “Set and Forget”

LimoAnywhere requires explicit account setup for each incoming affiliate partner. That means:

  • If you skip a step or mis-enter a field, reservations won’t show up.
  • If you don’t map vehicle types correctly, requests may fail or route incorrectly.

The Fix: Our New Guided “Interactive Demo

To solve this once and for all, we built a step-by-step onboarding wizard for LimoAnywhere users that demystifies the setup and verifies the connection in real-time.

Here’s what it does:

  1. Checks your GRiDD connection (the backbone of LimoAnywhere integration)
  2. Collects your company ID
  3. Walks you through adding GNet as a partner in GNet Connect
  4. Walks you through adding GNet as a customer in LimoAnywhere
  5. Lets you choose and map vehicle types
  6. Make sure you have service types enabled.
  7. Sends a test reservation to your LimoAnywhere system
  8. If no errors, you verify that reservation was received
  9. If errors occur we will tell you how to resolve them

It’s everything you need to go from “I think I’m connected” to “I just received a live booking.”

🎯 Why This Matters

This eliminates the stress of discovering your GNet connection isn’t properly set up right when a partner sends a reservation. Instead of scrambling to reach support and risking a missed opportunity, you’ll already be up and running with confidence.

If you don’t complete the full setup, you won’t receive incoming reservations—even if your GNet and LimoAnywhere accounts are technically linked. You’ll miss out on jobs, partnerships, and revenue simply due to configuration gaps.

By streamlining the setup and building automated verification into the process, we’re removing friction and helping our network scale faster with fewer support tickets.
